Soothe + Restore: Yin Yoga

Join us for the ultimate self-care experience: a weekly yin yoga class to calm & balance you in body, mind, and mood. You'll love the sense of deep peace & restoration that it brings. Research shows yin yoga to be effective in reducing stress, tension, fatigue, anxiety & depression, while enhancing sleep quality & emotional well-being. Come feel it for yourself! This class is for designated for adults, though teens are welcome to join.

Yoga + emotional
wellness for teens

Thursdays 5:30 - 7:00 pm
BALANCE is a unique class for teens workshop for teens that combines therapeutic skills for managing emotions with the philosophy and practice of yoga. The first 30-40 minutes of each session will be spent in skill-building and discussion, drawing from therapies such as DBT, ACT, CBT, and MBSR. Topics covered include mindfulness, distress tolerance, managing relationships, working with challenging thoughts, self-soothing, compassion, and more. We will then engage in a relaxing yoga practice. Previous experience with yoga not required, though interest in yoga is helpful.

Mindfulness for College Students

This 8-week course teaches college and graduate students practical skills for finding calm, focus, emotional balance, and resilience. Mindfulness can be seen as a box of tools for making the most out of life; it helps us to navigate stressful situations, and to be more present for the enjoyable moments as they pass. Over 40 years of research shows that mindfulness decreases stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional reactivity while improving concentration, sleep quality, physical health and psychological well-being. Join us to learn how to calm those racing thoughts and relax into your life!

Friday Refresh is a weekly offering for psychotherapists designed to recalibrate the nervous systems at the end of each week. We combine breath work, guided imagery, gentle movement and chanting to resource therapists and to provide an experience of community support and care. The practice aims to decrease vicarious traumatization and increase resilience, satisfaction, and joy in our work.

Mindfulness + Yoga for Middle Schoolers

Mindfulness is a mind-body awareness practice that fosters calmness, focus, emotional regulation, & compassion while decreasing stress, anxiety, & depression. Yoga combines mindful awareness with flowing movements between postures that balance, strengthen and heal the body & mind. Together, yoga and mindfulness form a powerful toolkit for 'tweens and teens, helping them navigate the challenges of today's world with composure and resilience. By teaching practical skills for health & happiness in a positive & supportive environment, this unique program cultivates well-being from the inside-out.

Mindfulness for Kids

This unique 10-week program teaches kids research-based practices for staying calm, gaining focus, managing difficult emotions, being kinder to others, and navigating the ups & downs of life. The mindfulness-based curriculum includes games, yoga, art, & other dynamic activities to make learning these valuable life skills fun. Group for LLMSWs
Third Wednesday of Each Month
6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
This monthly supervision group aims to support emerging therapists in both deepening core clinical skills for effective interventions as well as developing skills for emotional resilience. Each two-hour session will include discussion of a chosen reading, clinical skill building, consultation on cases, and engagement in a relaxing contemplative practice (meditation, breathing, yoga, etc).
Skills, topics, and readings will include topics such as mindfulness, emotion regulation, vicarious trauma and will draw from current knowledge and research. Participants will be able to guide topics to tailor to their needs. Participation is limited to 6; $75/month.
