Tonja has moved around quite a bit in her life (Green Bay, WI, Albany, GA, and Cape Girardeau, MO to name just a few...) but decided to call Ann Arbor her home for the last 15 years. Tonja has a Master’s Degree in Geology, which originally landed her in Houston, TX.
She spent several years working as a Geoscientist managing data for numerous oil and gas companies. She then transitioned her career to Human Resources where she was a Collegiate Recruiter helping to connect college students across the U.S. with career placement. Tonja has volunteered her expertise in the areas of Finance and Treasury Assistantship in Ann Arbor community programs for many years. Tonja is taking her experience in HR, Higher Education and Finance to help guide her in the Mental Health field.
She is so happy to be part of the Grove Family by supporting collaborators and clients with the billing process. Tonja is also responsible for Grove’s physical space downtown, where she manages supply ordering and maintains organization of the Grove offices. Her biggest challenge ahead might be making sure the Grove plants thrive in our new office space!
