CURRENTLY INVITING THERAPISTS and psychiatric prescribers TO JOIN OUR COLLABORATIVE

EXPERIENCE THE AUTONOMY OF PRIVATE PRACTICE, IN BALANCE WITH CONNECTION AND SUPPORT.

Grove Emotional Health Collaborative is a multidisciplinary group of mental health practitioners in private practice, working  together in community in downtown Ann Arbor. Our team has a psychiatrist, therapists (LMSW, LPC, PsyD, Phd), health coaches, and yoga and mindfulness teachers at our practice.

Grove was founded on the belief that clinicians do their best work, and thrive as individuals, when they make their own decisions about how they practice, yet stay connected to a warm, supportive community and receive practice management support.

Think of Grove as a foundation for building your private practice. You’ll own your practice, shape your caseload, and keep your focus on clinical work and client care. We handle the logistics you’d rather not spend your time and energy on, and you’ll have excellent business and clinical consultation close at hand.

We welcome all therapists and psychiatric prescribers to apply, though we have a particular need to those whose practice population includes children, as well as clinicians willing to panel with insurance.

If you have questions or want to start a conversation about establishing your practice at grove, simply reach out to co-owners Alison Roth-Kerner and Carryn Lund at hello@groveemotionalhealth.com

WORKING AT GROVE, FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF OUR COLLABORATORS

One thing I like about working at Grove is that regular case conferences and a high-collaboration culture is the norm, not something you have to build yourself.

A highlight is the balance between autonomy (for the things that matter) and support (for the things you don’t want to think about)
